Hi! I’m Jessica Rupnik - a Fractional CMO, branding champion, and marketing strategist based in Phoenix, Arizona. I help brands bring their vision to life through intentional strategy, strong brand identity, and content that truly connects.
I’ve spent the last 14 years helping brands find their voice, tell their story and create experiences people genuinely connect with.
My career began in Los Angeles with Sacks Productions, one of the country’s premier event production companies, where I had the opportunity to contribute to some of the entertainment industry’s most high-profile events and brand experiences, including projects for the Kardashian family. That experience gave me an early understanding of what it takes to create moments that capture attention, build anticipation, and leave a lasting impression.
From there, my career expanded into brand strategy and marketing leadership with companies including The Sydell Group, The Madera Group (Noble 33), sbe Hospitality, Alfalfa and INBLOOM by Kate Hudson, before serving as Head of Content for a creative agency and ultimately launching Jessica Sarah Social.
Today, I work with businesses across a wide range of industries to build brands that are thoughtful, memorable, and positioned for long-term growth. Whether I’m developing a brand from the ground up, leading a restaurant launch, refining a marketing strategy, or creating a content ecosystem, my approach always starts with understanding what makes a brand different and bringing that story to life.
I believe the strongest brands aren’t built by chasing trends. They’re built through intentional strategy, compelling storytelling, and experiences that people remember long after the first interaction. That’s the philosophy behind everything I create.
Let’s get to know each other a bit better.
-
I’m a hopeless romantic at heart, so I can’t resist a feel-good rom-com. Sweet Home Alabama, The Holiday, and How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days are my forever favorites—predictable? Maybe. But that’s part of the charm.
-
Coffee is my happy place. My go-to? An iced triple shot almond milk latte with a dash of maple syrup—just the right balance of bold and sweet.
-
I’m not sure if this counts as a guilty pleasure, but anything involving my golden retriever, Dash, brings me pure joy. We take him just about everywhere… even places he technically shouldn’t be. But can you blame us? He’s our best friend.
-
You can never go wrong with chips and guacamole—simple, fresh, and always a good idea.
-
Buck + Rider is my go-to. Their gluten-sensitive menu is a dream, and the calamari and crab cakes? Absolutely worth craving. Already counting down to my next visit.
-
Movement is a non-negotiable for me—working out is my favorite way to start the day and keeps both my mind and body in check. And of course, a solid skincare routine is just as important. Lately, I’ve been loving CLEARSTEM for that perfect glow.
